This Privacy Policy describes what personal data we collect when you visit or use the FrancoDog platform (“Service”); how and why we process it; with whom we share it; and your rights under the EU GDPR and Greek Law 4624/2019.

a. Account & Profile Data: name, email, job title, company name, password.

b. Billing & Payment Data: billing contact, bank or credit-card details (processed via PCI-compliant gateway).

c. Usage Data: pages visited, features used, session timestamps, IP address, browser and device information (via cookies and logs).

d. Customer Content: any text, images, documents or other data you upload into the Service.

– Performance of Contract: to provide and maintain your subscription.

– Legal Compliance: to meet tax, accounting or other legal obligations.

– Legitimate Interests: for fraud prevention, platform improvement and security, balanced against your privacy rights.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures—TLS encryption in transit, firewalls, access controls and regular security audits—to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have done so, please contact hello@francodog.com to request deletion.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect new legal, technical or business developments. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the platform at least 30 days before they take effect.
